Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible while also minimizing food waste.
🔁 Cancellations
- Weekly Plans: Can be paused or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice before your next delivery.
- Monthly Plans: You may pause or adjust the schedule with 48 hours' prior notice.
- Same-day or last-minute cancellations are not accepted due to fresh ingredient preparation.
💰 Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds once a plan has started.
- In case of genuine concerns (e.g. allergies, medical advice), we can adjust or convert the remaining balance into future credits.
- For delivery failures on our end, we will issue a 100% credit or replacement meal the next day.
